Vertical Balancing Machines

We offer a full range of high specification vertical balancers for all industries, supporting a wide range of applications balancing rotors weighing up to 1,500 kg as standard. Special designed solutions are available for rotors outside of this range.

Balancers are available as stand-alone for manual use, or fully automated to include operate free correction and loading using robot, track, or gantry loading to fully integrate with your production line.

Fan balancer

Fan Balancer

We offer a flexible range of high specification fan balancers and blower balancers for any type and size. These include vertical rotating, non-rotating (static), horizontal cradle or horizontal spindle balancing machines to suit the application.

Our fan and blower balancers can benefit from reduced windage by utilizing a non-rotating machine or employing bi-directional drives to spin counter to the resistance pattern of the blades. We also have special balance processes to settle the blades into their running positions.

Brake balancer

Brake Rotor Balancer

Our brake balancers are designed with flexibility in mind and are compatible with a wide range of brake discs, brake rotors, and brake drums. With full and semi-auto options, our brake balancers are available as single station machines with options for manual load, robot load, or track load, as well as multi station machines with a walking beam system.

These machines have intelligent in-process feedback to maximize utilization, increase production throughput and reduce costs. All correction methods have intelligent feedback ensuring high quality unbalance correction.

Vertical balancer

Clutch and Flywheel Balancer

Our vertical balancing machines make perfect flywheel balancers and clutch balancers. They can be manual or fully automated for high volume production lines with integrated correction.

Correction methods are typically drill or mill, but other correction methods are available such as laser cutting and welding.

Differential Case Balancer

Differential Case Balancer

Our vertical balancers are perfect for balancing differential cases and can be fitted with automatic radial drilling for fast and accurate unbalance correction. These machines can be fitted with an automatically actuated air to release collet chuck for fast and easy loading and unloading.

Pulley Balancer

Pulley Balancer

Our pulley balancers can accommodate light and heavy-duty pulleys and can be manually loaded but are more often supplied with automated loading. This can include lift lower driven track systems or robot loading for integrating into production lines.

Pump Impeller Balancer

Pump Impeller Balancer

Our vertical pump balancers can balance all types of pump impellers and multi-stage assemblies weighing up to 1,500kg.

Easy to load and setup and even easier to use with a full range of correction methods available. Our automation options help to reduce time taken to correct unbalance and remove operator error.

We also have a range of horizontal machines for pumps to accommodate for different part type requirements.

Transmission Component Balancer

Transmission Component Balancer

Our transmission balancers accommodate a wide range of components including transmission shafts, plates, gears, and hubs.

These balancers exceed industry standard requirements for accuracy and repeatability and deliver with industry leading cycle times.

Available with automatic drill or mill correction and cut start detection feedback to ensure quality unbalance correction.

We also have a range of horizontal machines for transmission components to accommodate for different part type requirements.

Aircraft wheel balancing machine

Aircraft Wheel Balancer

Our aircraft brake balancers, aircraft tire balancers and aircraft wheel balancing machines boast fast measurement times and quick changeover,

balancing rotors with or without a shaft of their own, weighing up to 1500 kg.

These balancers have a very small footprint and simple and low cost tooling.

Rotating and non rotating options available to suit requirements, both extremely easy to setup and use.

Non rotating machines have minimal maintenance requirements, high reliability and no spinning parts so much safer than spinning balancers.
